Do not recommend staying here. I was told all I had to do was pay for a parking pass and when I checked in all I had to do was park right out front and I would be taken care off. To my understanding that is a valet will take my car and I will pay for that service. But then I arrive and I am told they ran out of parking passes, how is that possible because if I booked a room I should have a spot available for my car. So then I am told there is no valet and no passes available to park my car on property so I am told to drive the the side of the building and park in a different lot owned by someone else and pay to park over night. It is dark and sketchy and just so weird. I would not have booked there if they did not have valet like I was told. It is just me and my daughter and all of that is very unsafe. Not to mention the alarm going off on our floor. The air not kicking on when lowered and the TV not working. Just awful!

The indoor pool with views of the city was lovely— my only complaint was that it was a bit cold. I liked the set up of the room, stocked kitchen and bathroom. My only complaints are that the shower is a bit too strong (pressure), the toilet flushing made a weird noise and I think it would be nice if you updated the TVs with some streaming services.

It is a very charming set of cottages, just a short walk to the beach. I loved the cozy vibes, especially the hot tub and the fireplace.

I would have given this place a 10/10 if not for the uncomfortable interaction I had with the Rhiannon, the guest contact for my stay. She called me after I checked out, inquiring about a jet cover that had come off in the hot tub. I checked with my friends and confirmed that we all hadn't seen anything out of the ordinary the two times we used the hot tub. When I told her this, she said "Oh c'mon, be honest, I don't want to have to file a claim." Taken aback, I reiterated that I genuinely had no idea what she was talking about - there was nothing wrong with the jets the last time we used the hot tub. (it's also a pretty old hot tub, and regular maintenance must be expected?) She said she would have to see what the owner wanted to do, and I never heard back - this was almost 6 days ago. Her accusations that I damaged something and wouldn't admit it really put a damper on how I felt about the location, and out of caution I might not book there again.

TV didn’t work. Technician came promptly but stopped working 10 minutes later. Seemed like either the cable feed or the TV needs replacement. Got too late in evening to call again and didn’t want to bother switching rooms.

It too them 4 times to get us a clean room!! The first one we got the bathroom smelled so bad so I ask for a different room. We got another one and it wasn’t clean yet, then we went back to the front desk to get another room and that one wasn’t clean either. So I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else but they told me we couldn’t get a refund only another room… so this time the clerk checked the room before we went up. She said it was clean just one bed was missing pillows she said she would bring them up but 40mins later we had to go to our event and the desk was super busy and she was the only one there. So I told her I would get them when we come back. We get back and the desk was busy and again only one person so I asked if we could just grab some pillows and the clerk said it would be easier if he brought them to us. This was about 11:30ish about midnight I went back down and I asked about the pillows he told me he had to go find them! 15 mins after midnight he brought one pillow and at that point I told him not to worry about finding more one is fine we were ready for bed. I go to get in the bed and there were stains on the sheets. So I had to share a bed with my mom. After getting ahold of the manager who was really nice he ended up refunding me half of what I paid. All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel but I appreciate the manager giving us a discount

Every thing ! The owner to this place allowed random people to come in and out of the room and gave them the security code to get in .One of the many radom people that the owner gave access to the room got into my wallet and stoled cash!!! While we were trying to enjoy our day at the beach . Then some random guy who looked like a drug addict walked in while using the security code that opened the door well I was in my towel and just got out of the shower the morning of the 24th. This place was filthy, dirty lines with publc hair all over, pillows stunk so bad along with the whole place, I had to buy airfreshner, amd the AC didn't work !! I have pictures and videos to prove it. The owner didn't tell us about all the construction going on as well. It was a complete nightmare!!! We checked out of this place on 24th of April first thing in the morning and booked some where else to stay for the remaining of our vacation The owner and his wife refused to listen to our concerns and was totally rude and unprofessional and didn't take any of concerns and what happen to me the morning of the 24th serious !! If anyone plans to stay here think a billion times before booking this place. You will not be safe, along with your belongings as well.
