  We were greeted with Danielle and a trainee when we checked in with great smiles and great attitude also,we booked a room with a shower only and didn't realize it because we wanted a tub,and they went above and beyond to find us another room with all smiles and actually walked with us to make sure it was right. Definitely our vacation spot now

  The building and apartment are great! Located in a bustling hub of downtown Lincoln with everything you might need within walking distance. The beds were soooo comfy and there was plenty of clean towels and linens. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lincoln.

  The young man at the desk at check-in was very helpful. The room that was reserved sink didn't work. He switched us to another room.

  The room we were switched to had a dank smell once air heat was turned on. There were burn marks on toilet. Dont know if there was mold in shower or if it was opens spaces. Bed was uncomfortable and kept making noises when getting on or off and while sleeping. The lighing was terrible. The dresser drawers(didn't use) and table seating area were not cleaned properly. There were stains on nightstand. The sink had some type of substance on it. You could tell they masked some parts with puddy covering on walls. Staff at check out was not kind at all to our party or others asking questions about their particular room or trying to check out. She was not helpful nor did she display professionalism. Don't know if she was having a bad morning but she was kind to her staff and then switched up with customers as if the customers were disturbing her. Hope she gets better?
