  Not having the option to automatically opt out of time share meeting. I feel like it should be asked when they hand you the keys. That way if your in a rush you can grab your keys/parking pass and go about your vacation stay.

  Terrible staff, they said we could have a 3 pm checkout but kept knocking on the door since 10 and said they would keep the deposit since we wanted to stay longer. But they did say that they would ask their front desk clerk to see if they said that we would be getting it. And the rooms were extremely small
