  This was our second time staying here at Aurora Inn during our visit to see our daughter at Hiram College. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We went down to the bar on Saturday night to have a drink but I guess they closed early. So we were not able to use our vouchers we had. We will be staying here again in a few weeks. It is a great location. Staff was very friendly during our check in.

  We had a busy schedule and wanted to unwind when we got back to the hotel, we went done to have a drink and unfortunately the bar closed early, Due to that we were unable to use our vouchers given to us. Hopefully when we go back in a couple weeks the bar will be open.

  The AC unit was sounded like the ocean which was amazing because I cannot sleep in silence. Staff was perfect the location was perfect. My mom and I had a wonderful pleasant stay for the night. Everything was accessible and the rooftop terrace was amazing!

  Valet parking was expensive on top of tip. I figured hotel guests would have a discount for parking which we didn't get.

  Loved the look of the property and placement. Was not too busy, right by a lot of food and only about 30 minutes from the beach. The rooms seemed very up dated as well! Bathroom was amazing with a shower head you can hold!

  Loud neighbors that were arguing at 2 AM. Some dogs barking, but usually not at night. Fire stick was kind of hard to use when not signed into Amazon because even though Tubi is free you have to have to have an amazon account. Also loved the look of the bathroom, but could not close it so me and my husband couldn’t shower together just so water wouldn’t get on the floor(this is not such a big deal to us). Pool was a little dirty, but not too bad where we couldn’t swim.

  Room exceeded our expectations. Hotel location was a plus and overall the look of the hotel was that of a new hotel. Not sure if it has been recently remodeled.

  Room service could be a little better. Room amenities (such as coffee and paper towels in the kitchen) were never replaced once they were used. For a long stay I would expected them to refill/renew/change every two days max.
