Beautiful grounds immaculately maintained. Service providers were informed, courteous and professional. The breakfast menu had many excellent options including Gluten Free options. The room was spacious and perfectly maintained. Good location meant excellent hiking and even a bit of shopping. Also good proximity to Tesla supercharging stations.

We did not love the soft bed. We also did not love the proximity of the road to the room, especially as the sliding glass doors of the room face the well-walked road. The hotel had not quite completed the EV charging stations during our visit. This was not a problem as the supercharger stations were nearby.

I didn’t try the breakfast at this location I went to Kwik Trip! (Would be a good place to recommend since it’s so close and they have a lot of good options!

I liked everything, my dog did have a little trouble on the hard floors since she slips but that’s pretty normal.

The condo was centrally located, easy to get in and out. Right on the ocean with great views.

The pool was shut down and didn’t let us know until we got checked in. The AC in our room was broken and no fridge or microwave in the room it made it hard for our 2 day stay with an infant also the doors to the rooms where damage had to pull and enter key card several times it felt very unsafe.

The room was not what I expected from Caesars. It was sad looking and in need of repairs and updates. Walls and doors were dirty. Shower floor was slippery due to build up of soap and grime. The pillows on the bed were sadly flat. I pushed the button for housekeeping and no one ever came. There’s no room service. They have an app to order food. The first time I used it I was really happy with it but the second time I tried it they never showed up. I called the front desk and they transferred me to the restaurant which never answered and I tried texting the app and got no response. The next morning they texted me that my order was ready to be delivered and I texted back that I didn’t want it anymore because it was yesterday’s order. I got no response. I stayed for a week in a suite. I went to check out and I explained the situation to the woman and she barked at me that ROOM CLEANING WAS TO BE ORDERED DAILY AT THE FRONT DESK AND THAT UPON CHECK IN I WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND THAT SHE IS POSITIVE THAT I WAS TOLD. She then went on to check me out and was short and rude. I paid a daily resort fee for absolutely nothing in return. Super disappointed and can’t refer this place at all.
