The front desk clerk and manager were very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong night. They made sure we had a room. The room is large and comfortable.

I was not able to be accommodated when I arrived. Then this pay when you check in third party scheduled accommodation was charged anyway even though I never presented my payment information to the hotel and they said they could not accommodate me. It was not clean. The staff had a terribly bad attitude while Houston was experiencing a major crisis and people had nowhere to stay because of the power outage. The hotel was supposed to be " no smoking" people were in front of the hotel door smoking. It was dingy and smelly as well in the lobby. If I could give negative stars or a 0 I would. It has been a terrible experience. I can only imagine if someone had the bare minimum and needed to hook up equipment and was not charged for services not rendered.
