Loved the bed and the location of the hotel.

Our rooms AC make a really loud noise the first evening we stayed.. so much so we couldn't sleep. I contacted the front desk about the matter and was told the technician was gone for the evening. So needless to say we had a long miserable night. I even taped the noise because we where up all night with it. The next afternoon, the did come and fix the problem.

Everything, the towels had someone footprint on it, the bed felt like I was lying on bricks, the door looks like someone brote the lock on it, the door didn't close all the way and there are only about 5 channels on the tv

It took 6 hours and assistance from 3 different staff members for me to complete one load of clothes in the guest use machines. The clothes smelled of old cooking oil after the dryer.
