  Very comfortable, large rooms in 2 story building . Nice pool with a lot of outdoor furniture. Not crowded. Plenty of parking. Was a good value but would be worthwhile to check out the many options in town - some without pools but access to nearby pools Healing Waters was very accommodating with checkout - let us use ithe pools and change rooms until 1 PM! Pagosa is a nice town with lots of restaurants and public spaces. Worth exploring!

  The pool was very dirty and unusable. There were no clean plates and the waffle maker was unusable. The room was comfy the only issue we had was a fight that broke out in the hallway at our room and the very loud neighbors that were up yelling late into the night. I tried to call the front desk but the in room phone was broke . I think they were the ones that were fighting. The hotel was at a convenient location.

  The view of the River was beautiful, it was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the river (you don't really hear the traffic from the balcony). The hotel room was very clean and the nice to have maid service every day. It was within walking distance from downtown and if you didn't want to do the 15-minute walk the trolley stopped at the end of the property

  The traffic noise was a little loud if you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine or fan. The parking right up front was a little crazy however the lower level is fine, I didn't find it unsafe as some said. it was well lit and the elevator went right down to that level. The breakfast was just meh but it was good to get you through the morning for a light breakfast.

  I was really one of the worst places I have stayed; smelled, out of date, bathroom door knob was coming off, refrigerator was making noises, bed was very uncomfortable hard as a rock, lack on bedding covers. Breakfast coffee was really bad just limited on choices especially healthy ones.
