It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

  Your site booked me and when I arrived they had NO rooms. The guy at desk had me call booking and two different people hung up and were rude. I requested help for another room as it left me stranded at such a late hour and I had work the next day. Later after a hour the guy had a group of people downstairs (possibly friends/relatives) He said oh wait someone came for a little while but left I don’t think they slept in that bed if you want a used room. The room had dead roaches on floor and bathroom sink. He said he was sorry and maybe a discount can be given. I absolutely didn’t want to stay there in a iused room that wasn’t clean and had roaches. Your staff never completed assisting me.

  Location - it was right on the beach. There was a lot of things nearby, a nice gym, bar and option for free golfing. Most of the staff was nice. Mainly the folks out front greeting customers and assisting with parking. Live music on site and a good view of the beach.

  Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. They barely smiled. I found a roach in our bathroom. We flushed it down the toilet. Thankfully we found it when we were checking out. I probably would have left if I found it before. The bed was not comfortable and the AC didn’t cool very well. It was about halfway through the night it finally cooled to 66. We weren’t able to set it below that temperature. The sheets were also hard and stiff. The carpet in the room was disgusting. I always wear shoes in hotel rooms but definitely, if you stay here, you are going to want to do that. Housekeeping was knocking on our door before the checkout time which was kind of annoying and expect to hear everything if you stay here. We had a room with a door that would go to another room and we could hear everything the other family was saying. There was a woman raising her voice at children for not listening to her. This went on and on. In the middle of the night there were fireworks going off rocking the entire room and building and you can just hear everything everyone is doing, if they jump on the bed hard, open their balcony door and close it, lay their suitcase down, etc. Any semi loud noise you can expect to hear it.
