A lot of the parking is not free in the larger towns in Malaysia apparently ..it is very cheap but you need to pay in the app) The location was walking distance to a lot of the sights we wanted to see and a plethora of amazing food, street markets, and shopping, it felt very safe, very quiet within the grounds, we always had the pool to ourselves when we were there to cool off midday. The room was great, perfectly decorated with a very comfortable bed and one of the best showers we had on our 4 month trip. The staff was very kind, always helpful and clearly put in a lot of work keeping the property maintained. Would stay again.”

  Very very nice hotel. Everything from the hotel lobby to the room itself was inviting. All employees we encountered were very friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. That's something that so many hotels neglect. The bathroom was large. Great water pressure in the shower. There appeared to be food options but we did not partake. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future.

  Not much to dislike. It would be nice to see some charging ports available for our phones, which is fairly commonplace. Also it looks like the shower curtain is ready to be replaced. Oh and why don't most hotels have fans in the bathrooms these days??? All these are very small complaints. This is a great hotel.

  The check in was super quick and friendly. I've been twice in the past month and both men I've encountered were awesome. It's funny because the TVs are a bit outdated. But they offer free dvds for the DVD play that your room has. Both rooms were on opposite sides of hotel and both equally clean and comfortable! Also the location to downtown is hardly a 10 minute walk. Very convenient without being literally downtown.

  Wish the TV was a smart TV. And the only downside is the train behind can be a bit bothersome if it drives through the night - but that's nothing they can do personally. Just an observation.

  Didn't arrive until 6am Saturday morning due to storms that made travel difficult at times. Only charged me for one night, instead of the 2 nights I had made the reservation for. That was awesome! Breakfast was great - the best variety of any hotel I've stayed at, that offer free breakfast. I come to Pittsburg often, so it is where I will stay for all my future trips.

  Quiet and cozy room in a fabulous location near Sonoma's main square. Evening happy hour and the in-room fireplaces were a nice touch. Tea and filtered water available all day, always a plus. Pro tip: walk upstairs and catch some sun on the upstairs deck!

  We liked the room however when we booked this we were told we would have a private entrance and we did not.

  We were not given any ideas on what facilities were available to us, ie pool, fitness center, pool and sauna, hot tub all located at the spa. if we would have been told this we would have used them. I am very disappointed in that. I would have loved to utilize the facilities but wasn't given the chance.

  Check in person was not happy to be there. I did check in late.. I waited for about 10 minutes before they came to the desk. The floors in the room seemed to be dirty . the room was hot and the wall unit AC was not accessible (Understandable for that time of year). I had to open the window to cool off and all night there were employees taking their breaks under my window. and the kitchen exhaust blew into the room as well.

  The promised jacuzzi was dirty, we didn’t dare to use it. The lady that was there on the day of arrival wasn’t welcoming at all. The resort in general seemed semi functional, neglected.
