Front desk was SLOW AS HELL. The door to my room worked once out of 20 tries. No fridge or microwave. No cable OR means to use my portable streaming. Bed like a stack of cardboard. I got a low, low rate, and I STILL felt tempted to ask for a refund.

It was a last-minute decision to stay in Laughlin, just so I could rest before the next leg of my trip. There was NOTHING restful about it. Everything was a struggle.

For the purpose of our trip, the location was perfect. Easy to get to, easy access to the medical clinic & hospital we had appointments with. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast items were good, staff was friendly, facility was clean.

I love how close it is to downtown. The room we had was perfect for our family, however we did bring an air mattress to make sure everyone had a bed.

I did not like the waterpark hours or the high prices at the restaurant. Also, there was a language barrier with the housekeeping staff, which made it difficult to communicate what our needs were. One of the staff had to use a phone to communicate.

Very small room, different from what they show in the website when you book. Our cottage (well, not really a cottage, just a room with private bathroom) was “bordering” the highway, and therefore very noisy all night’s long.

You could feel the springs in mattress. Kitchen was not very equipped.
