  Well furnished and nicely decorated 3 story townhouse. Good communication prior to checkin with video instructions for parking. Very clean and stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Extra bonus of goodies and snacks that our kids enjoyed. Parking was easy to get in and out of for our unit. 15 minute drive to Universal Studios.

  Gate at complex remained open during the entire stay. Unit wasn't in the best neighborhood so we didn't feel safe leaving any belongings in our car overnight. Laundry washer was not working and unfortunately stopped in the middle of a wash, leaving some of our clothes wet and soapy. We did reach out to the buyer and they did have maintenance come but they were unsuccessful fixing it. Not deal breakers but check with owner prior to verify if you need to do laundry. Would likely stay again.

  I thought I was welcomed in a warm way by friendly staff. Bed comfortable along with good pillows. Shower was great also. Parking worked very well. The nice friendly lady that cleaned my room was very nice and did a great job. Her name is Angelina. Kudos to her and everyone else who took care of me. Thanks 😊

  Everything! I enjoyed as always the friendly staff, the accommodations, and the free breakfast. Whenever my travels call for me to come to Bakersfield, this will be my 1st preference. Thank You!

  The only knock, and I mean the only slight disappointment was the TV in the room. For whatever reasons the channels didn't match up with what the guide displayed. For example it was say "CNN or ESPN" on the screen, but the channel actually showed HBO or TNT.

  Good location and easy to get to. Lots of food options close by and good breakfast spread.

  Rules were not enforced and had to deal with two groups with kids. The kids were hanging from anything they could bouncing around shoving people and just causing chaos that could potentially be dangerous. We were unable to use the pool since my young kids felt unsafe with all the toys being thrown around. After the second time I was hit in the head with a toy we left the pool. We were in the pool area for 10 mins. The kids were so loud you could hear them by the front desk and no one asked the parents to leave the pool area if they couldn't get their kids to follow the rules. The parents just let the kids run free through the hotel with no supervision. When we tried to put the tv on for our kids the volume didn't work it nover got above a whisper, this was an issue the last time we stayed too. I understand not wanting to disturb other guests but we had to put captions on bc you could never hear the TV.
