  This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and functional, with everything looking new and a modern decor, plus the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was good, with sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, apples, juices, cereals, breads and bagels. My expectations were happily exceeded and I would certainly stay here again.

  The breakfast needs to improve. No original packets of oatmeal. Had to eat ones with a huge amount of sugar . Terrible. The eggs, potatoes were way too spicey for my husband. He did not feel well the rest of the day.

  The room was large and had a fridge which was really nice to have. The bed was fairly comfortable. However, beyond that there wasn't much that was good about this property.

  The hotel was in an out-of-the-way area and not the easiest to find nor was it close to anywhere to eat. The hotel elevator was beyond scary- it shook and didn't end up level with the floor.

  Desk clerk during checking in was phenomenal. I was upgraded with parking and was advised to have dinner and dancing.

  After, getting ready for dinner and dancing security (chubby in size) was rude and gave me his back while sitting down on still reporting no more entry into the club. His tone was also not called for. What would have happened if I was from the cooperate office on a surprise visit? There was plenty enough space and was clearly not at capacity. His lack of respect and professionalism was clearly not warranted or appreciated. As a representative of the doubletree hotel he should not be one, as he shows that he does not care much about his job or the patrons you all serve.

  No house keepers ever came not once in the whole three nights we stayed only until 5mins before we checked out. Everytime we came back into the hotel they had the entrance door locked so we had to wait for someone to come open the door and if it was a different staff they had to verify who we are and if we had a room there.
