  It was clean & accessible to everything that was offered at the National Harbor. I would like to recognize the housekeeper that service my room because she went above & beyond expectations. I will definitely stay again at this property. I would also like to recognize the two ladies that checked us out & the one that searched for a guest services attendant to help me with my luggage & lastly the attendant showed up promptly at my departure with a cheerful attitude & muscles. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay at your hotel & I can’t wait to return.

  Location was perfect as it is in the center of the town and close to my office as well. Staffs were always polite and helpful; I enjoyed my stay so much and was sad to leave. Mattress was firm enough and I had no trouble sleeping on it for 3 weeks. Room was always cleaned thoroughly. Cleaning service was good, too.

  The room was comfortable although not as clean as I would prefer. The breakfast was good, although the service was lacking ( I had to track someone down to restock the bowls and spoons and refill the water).

  Check-in staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't rude but it would be nice to see a welcoming smile and have a polite conversation. I was the only one at the desk so it wasn't as if they were busy. When I tried to ask a question later in the day, the staff obviously saw me approaching but decided to turn away and go into the back area. She came right out when I called for her which tells me she didn't have to leave in the first place.

  The location was excellent. I found the front desk very helpful and kind. I found myself relieved that the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean enough.

  This hotel is shabby- guessing it was cheaply updated circa the TRL era and hasn’t seen a deep clean since. The room decor was clearly inspired by an N’Sync video aesthetic. If you look closely at anything you’ll find it needs to be cleaned or replaced. I would recommend bringing slippers, as you will find it undesirable to walk on the carpet with bare feet. I wondered to myself if I would have preferred to spend an extra $200 for something that met my basic expectations for a hotel room… and decided was fine with what I got here- it’s kind of gross if you pay attention, but not unacceptable with the right attitude. The front desk happily assisted with all of our requests and I found them to be pleasant.
