It's uphill so having a car is useful and there is a parking spot available in an underground garage. The apartment is airy and sunny with a large balcony, comfortable bed rooms and plenty of space to lounge if you want. Kitchen is well-stocked. The check-in was easy and everyone is friendly and accessible in case of questions. It's perfect for a group of friends.”

  Love the history of this property! The property is dated, but that’s what makes this stay unique. The staff is most wonderful and super attentive to anything you need. Location is hands down the best location in Gatlinburg. Just park and walk everywhere. Super convenient! My family and I love staying here!

  Very clean hotel, complimentary breakfast was decent, staff is friendly. Right across the street from Kings Dominion, which was the reason for our visit.

  AC didn't work in first room-they did however move us to another room with no issues! Housekeeping never came, we stayed 3 nights. No biggie, just odd to me. Had to go ask for toilet paper and clean wash cloths.

  The lobby was clean and check in was fast. Staff were nice. Overall a quiet stay.

  since booked with a 3rd party the signature resort amenities do no apply for Jet stayer. Pool closes at 6 pm. Hair from previous guests was all over the bed and towels. Bed was very uncomfortable, and lumpy. Bathroom wall had makeup on it, and the still had dirt marks within the jets. Lastly there was not many channels to watch on tv.

  Everything. Where do I start no hot water asked if someone could come fix it never did. No cable I called the Friday prior and asked the lady said yes cable and Wi-Fi is working checked in and there was a note saying no cable and internet room was dirty will bottles and hand print stains on walls and sink. Smelled like mold and did I say no Hot Water! Imagine just getting off work checked in wanting to take a shower cause your sweaty and full of construction dirt and all you want is a hot shower but na that’s what I got when I call front desk she said she will send someone but no one came for the three days I was there. Worst motel I have ever stayed at I gave it one more chance but never again I want my money bak.
