The room was quiet and large, bed comfortable, and my check in was smooth and uneventful. I am still surprised I got such a great deal across the street from the Gulf and even with a tiny balcony! Absolutely will stay here again.

I did not have any dislikes. It is not a fancy hotel but it does not pretend to be. It would be nice if they allowed pets, but that is a personal preference. It is further away from the busy end of the island and that may be an issue if a visitor here had no car. However, it also meant the beach was quieter which is quite lovely.

Only one thing I can think of...if only the jacuzzi was available would have made perfect stay. Also I would suggest maybe having firewood for the pit.

Our bedding (e.g., blanket, and sheet) were covered in human & dog hair. I have never experienced a hotel room with this much hair on the bedding. I was Thoroughly disgusted. I also contacted the hotel In advance and asked for a “quiet room away from any vending machines or elevators”. As seen in my booking contact emails to the hotel. Our room #319 was adjacent to the elevator. As well, as the hotel is situated next to the highway. Our room was also the NEAREST to the hwy by the parking lot. It was VERY LOUD! We slept horribly! At the very minimum we should have had a clean bed! For all of the reasons above… I would never stay at this chain or location again.

No fridge in the room, staff did not let me use bathroom and I almost peed on myself cause my son was in the shower, no ice we were told to go to the gas station, I think the manager of the hotel was very rude, native language spoken in front of me, the pillows were to small and not enough
