  The hydro massage chairs were amazing. Definitely want one at home. Made for a relaxing frw minutes during the chaos. Liked the rooftop area and the slots. Enjoyed the location. Shower was nice.

  Where do I begin.. we were coming for a special anniversary and for local event. I was promised 10th or 11th floor for specific special room, and supposedly noted in my account. Got there, no note. 8th floor, not the promised room. Nothing they could do due to full house as like 20 school busses there for event. Which leads me to next issue.. all first night we had screaming kids. Knocking on our door and running off, clinking the door locks over and over just being loud and disrespectful. Front desk did nothing about it so we didn't get any sleep first night of our anniversary. Second day was our event so we were tired, got back to finding cleaner sitting by our shower curtain,.when our DND sign was on the door, do that was odd.. then second night no channels were coming in hardly, showing no signal off and on, and thermostat issue. After a several hour drive home. Messaged the property to no resolution, no empathy nothing. Poor customer service and made our anniversary awful. We chose there due to several factors and they all failed. They say to let them know of any issues, but I did and no resolve.. I emailed. No resolve. Then this review, they will just use the generic "thanks for letting us know. We will use this as feedback to get better" blah blah blah. Wish they really made it right and cared for their guests who drove out of state for special time. Sad.

  We had a reservation with booking for $156 (with taxes) for 2 nights but when we got there they were trying to charge me $30 more. I had a copy of the confirmation but still nothing from the manager who was contacted by the clerk. Super noisy at night. Babies, people in the corridor, cars starting and alarms being set.

  Front desk not very helpful, air conditioner broke down, hard to sleep because every time people take a shower, it’s very noisy. They don’t have restrooms for the guests downstairs if you need to use the restroom, you have to go back to use in your own room

  Stairwells slippery and one of us fell down the stairs and got hurt. Young staff at desk could have cared less and couldn’t locate any bandaids or anything. That is the only negative.
