The front desk lady when I checked in and I was able to get the room on the bottom floor. Fast check out.

Cockroaches of all sizes and the dead smears of previous killings. The fixtures were all junky and not all attached. The bathroom wall in the shower was all rotted. Also when I left the hotel and came back my door was open when I knew I shut it. We went to check out early cuz of the bugs and the night clerk wouldn't let me check out until 5am when the shift changed. Also the night clerk was creepy and staring at me and lerking around outside when I was outside waiting for my ride. I was freaked out and I ended up walking off the property to my ride up the hill. When we came back some time later to check out is when the door had been open. Thank goodness I took all my belongings with me. I had the room key card. So.....

Just to be totally honest the cleaning in the kitchen was horrible. The oven had pepperoni and cheese all over the inside . Which when preheating the oven made it smell horrible because it was burning inside the oven . The very bottom of the oven (the storage drawer ) had food , pizza cheese and pepperoni in it . I cleaned it myself but took pictures for you to have . There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. We had to use towels to lay on . Which to me was unacceptable considering the price point for this apt. The accommodation was for two females that didn’t want to sleep together. Response from the host was very slow. Sometimes a day later . I extended my original stay May 2-6th until the 7th . But was locked out of the apt on the 6th because they changed the code for a checkout that wasn’t until the next day . Took me an hour to get a response and the code set back so I could get back in . This was after a email to the property and several phone calls. I was locked out for over a hour and some change . Now I’m looking at my booking and it is saying the original booking was May 1-5 and now 7-8. Not sure what is going on but that is incorrect . It should be May 2-6 and extended to the 7th . I have already checked out and flew back to NC as that was the purpose of me extending the stay due to a later flight . Now my concern is that I’m not being over charged or that you have me renting this space until the 8th . Even with all these issues the stay was great and I would visit again . But if I owned this unit I would be having a serious talk with the cleaning team .

Our floors in our room were dirty. Glad we had slippers with us. Walked on floors with socks and our socks were dirty. Please mop floors in rooms they tend to get forgotten.

The host seemed too busy to notify cleaners. That we arrived 5 6 hrs earlier than expected. But made us wait until exactly 340 before they cleaned the room. On the day of departure we later found out their was a storage area for luggage that we could store then travel somewhere other than sit in the lobby for 6 hrs.
