  Literally can find no fault whatsoever with this place. Every member of the staff we interacted with was very professional and helpful. They all went well above and beyond what I would normally expect. The room was extremely clean, the beds comfy, and water pressure amazing. The location was perfect for experiencing everything in Portland we came for. I can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely return for any future Portland adventures

  The hotel was wonderful, excellent location and the staff was great. There was one person who caught my attention and made our day from the beginning, Dorothy from security in tower 1. My husband and I have kept a smile on my face since meeting her.

  24 Hour Friendly Front Desk, Easy Check in, Rooms are decently clean, good price, beds aren’t luxurious, but comfortable enough to sleep decently.

  The breakfast is kind of terrible. The only decent thing available were the waffles and because that’s all, the line for that was massive. Wasn’t worth standing there for. I also am disappointed by the lack of liquid coffee creamers. It’s also really loud in the hallways. Every little noise woke me up overnight- even with my sound machine going.

  Switch for bathroom was in front of the bathroom and not inside. The switch turned on the light in the bedroom and the light in the bathroom at the same time…. You could not turn on the light in the bathroom without waking up anybody else sleeping. Light in hallway too bright and shining into the room through the gap between the door and floor. Had to cover the gap with a towel to keep the room dark. Noise from the elevator, vending machine and pool access.
