  AS advertised. Well stocked, roomy, well furnished row house. Very nice kitchen with all supplies (paper towels, napkins, coffee, filters , dishes, utensils, etc.) Very close to a tram, which connects to a main transit station (metro, buses, and trains) within about a mile.. A private enclosed backyard seating area, with table, chairs, and gas grill. Large TV plus a projection TV.

  Location was superb… especially for the event we were attending. Very close to extras… shopping, restaurants…

  For some reason (because we were a group, because of using the bookings app, or due to hotel staff???) our billing was a MESS!!! Such a headache to check in and then again checkout. Name was under one main person (mine) with each room “assigned” to those actually paying. The staff at the hotel had no idea how to handle this and told us to not use third-party apps to reserve rooms because it screws everything up… ???

  Front desk not very helpful, air conditioner broke down, hard to sleep because every time people take a shower, it’s very noisy. They don’t have restrooms for the guests downstairs if you need to use the restroom, you have to go back to use in your own room

  Stairwells slippery and one of us fell down the stairs and got hurt. Young staff at desk could have cared less and couldn’t locate any bandaids or anything. That is the only negative.

  The condo was filthy. Floors made our feet and socks black. Frig and dishwasher both leaked. Dryer took 140-180 minutes to dry one load.Due to lack of payment No Tv or internet Sun. and Mon.I had to stay in condo Monday to let repair man in. Then found out I didn’t need to lose a day vaca. it was fixed without needing to enter condo.Main bath toilet barely worked. Sofa bed poked & scratched Grandson due to broke wire at end of frame when bed was out. Outdoor furniture was a joke, table uneven due to rusted legs, love seat had a cushion waaaay to small for it and it needed repair. Very disappointed considering the price.
