  The shared kitchen facilities are excellent. Plenty of space for many people to be preparing food at the same time. Simple but enjoyable breakfast with good, strong coffee! The shared bathroom was always spotless. Our room was perfect for our needs, plenty of room to put things and the closet with hanging space was much appreciated. The communal area for eating or hanging out works really well. The front exterior is beautiful.

  Great location and affordable. Short walk to Disneyland. Hot tub was a lifesaver after the parks. Great value would return. Can watch the fireworks show from balcony viewing deck.

  Walls were thin sounded like someone was running a marathon upstairs. Also no microwave in room. They are located in the laundry facility.

  Staff wasn’t very friendly. Rooms were clean, but not soundproof by any means. We could hear people upstairs walking around the room all hours of the night. We could hear water dripping all night long from neighboring rooms. No vent in bathrooms and evident water damage/mold stains on ceiling. A/C would shut off while we were gone, so we came back to a stuffy room every night. Family’s conjoining room smelled like urine. Shuttle was semi convenient. It ran at odd hours and can only hold 14 people, so if you have a large party you can’t all fit. Not worth it in my opinion.
