  Nothing. The entire experience at both locations was a nightmare. Morris, IL requested lower room due to handicap. No lower room upon arrival. Toilet not working, a/c cover felt off in the middle of the night. I fell off the office chair, two guests helped me get up. I felt off the stairs due to lose handrail. Two guests helped me and I got downstairs using my butt. No one call to say there were no rooms available. Blamed Booking.com. Same exact thing at Grand Island NE. No lower rooms available upon arrival, no one called to notify me. Also blamed Booking.com. Decided to look for a better option. The front desk attendant was very sarcastic and mocking me the entire time. Very condescending.

  The older lady upon arrival was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and asked for a chair. She ignored me a few times and refused the chair. A child over heard her and he brought me his little chair, but he is like 6-7 there's no way I could use his chair. Finally. A young girl brought out an office chair and I used it, but the old woman refused to take of my reservation.

  Comfortable beds, creative decor. Beautiful courtyard, friendly laid back staff. Convenient location but better to drive 5 min to restaurants nearby.

  First floor room was a little dark. Bed was a little short. Gnats in one room . Switched to upstairs room after our neighbor had a minor flood in their room and was much better.

  There was nothing that I liked about this facility.

  Our room faced I80 which is very close. The noise was not pleasant. The window had no shade or blackout curtain so the room was lit all night by outdoor lights and freeway traffic. Parking is very tight.
