  I really liked the fact that the hotel was right near the Oklahoma turnpike, and the Dollar General and Kum & Go was right across the street. Very convenient! The staff seemed very polite and courtous. The rooms were very clean, and modern interior design.

  During my two stays at the Super 8, in both rooms the window curtans were torn, I left the nighr manager know about the issue, and she offered to give me another room. It wasn't a big issue and I didn't want to move all my things to another room after almost 10 hrs of traveling. They also charge a $200 incidental fee. I was not aware of this when I scheduled through Booking.com. Just something to be aware of if planning a stay there.

  Nice floor plan. I liked that there was a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Beautiful wood stairs and flooring upstairs. It was conveniently located to my 3 day event.

  It had not been properly cleaned. There is a grimy/dusty film on most flat surfaces/ledges (tops of everything including kitchen backsplash, cabinets, headboards, door frames, lamps, pictures, tv’s, etc). Oven wasn’t clean. Cast iron skillet was completely rusted. Pots were not in great condition and I eventually found some lids in a separate drawer. Food and drinks were left in the refrigerator and cabinets. Yuck! Oven handle had fresh cooking oil on it. Because of the condition, I ended up not cooking anything in the kitchen. Bathtub wasn’t clean and had hair in the bottom. Several things are in need of repair or replacement (front door, refrigerator door, microwave door, pantry door, dishwasher soap dispenser). Maintenance is not being done. Front yard area is completely overrun with weeds. Evolve said to work with the guest contact on issues. Guest contact said to contact Evolve. Worst communication I’ve experienced on an Airbnb rental.
