The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The staff during the evening was helpful, unfortunately the staff we dealt with during the day was a bit more difficult. The parking/valet staff was helpful and quick. The chef who makes the omelets during weekend breakfast was wonderful and friendly, and he's the hardest working man at that whole place. Give that man a raise.

When we checked in on Friday, we walked into our room and it was 80 degrees F. We informed the front desk, and they treated us like we didn't know how air conditioning units work. "Are you sure you turned it on? Was there a snowflake? Give it more time, it will cool down." My favorite one was "Oh, it only goes down to 68 degrees" (which was not correct, it goes down to 62). It felt like gaslighting. The room continued to heat up and eventually reached 84 degrees. We had to go to the local Target to buy fans, and it cost over $75. Eventually, the heat of 4 adults and a child was too much and we informed the night staff. She visited the room and eventually moved us to a new room at midnight on Friday and we had to haul ass to another floor. The pull out bed in the living room was essentially a trampoline with thinnest mattress i've ever seen. Was not a comfortable night's rest. We visited the pool, which was much colder than we expected. They did not replenish the towels. The room was a bit dirty. We found dust and grime in the bathroom and kitchen area. I'm not expecting perfection by any means but i've stayed at cheaper hotels and they had cleaner rooms. Was expecting a bit more care for an over $700 stay

Cute and comfortable.

Staff was not informative about events around the area / street closures during our stay in addition to sharing hotel policies (like having to request to get your room cleaned 24 hours before). Restaurant is only open until 1 PM which means it’s not really a restaurant and the bar closes at 8 PM which also doesn’t really make it a bar.

Location
Negative section of review
The room was very angular with a space for a bed with a TV on the wall at the foot of the bed. No where to sit except on the bed. The air conditioning unit was horribly placed, right near the side of the bed at the bottom. Wherever you stood in the room, cold air blew on you and there was no way to stop or adjust it. The temp was preset by a thermostat on the wall. The only saving grace was the unit cycled on and off to maintain a constant temp. The bathroom was great and very big. Lighting was weird. No bedside lamps. Only 1 sconce on the wall you had to get out of bed to turn off.

Burnt out light bulbs, TV didn't work, no toiletries, ice machine broken, requested a ground floor room close to office with handicapped parking, I have bad knees and can't walk very far. Was given room 108,with handicapped spot in front of the door which was perfect, the problem was 3 out of 4 nights handicapped space was taken by vehicles without handicapped plates or placards because of proximity to the stairs and I had to park across the lot several doors down from my room. Reported it to manager and was told oh well, what can I do about it 🤔. This was my 3rd stay here and by far the worst

We liked the ease of the unit, and it had most all amenities one could need.

The biggest issue was the beach access. There is a bit of a walk to reach the public access despite access being available across the street, but it required a door code. If the door code was provided, it would highly increase the ratings. Several people used the access, and we were able to learn the code after day 2 by asking people at random.
