- “We had a great time here. Perfect location, close to the ‘center’ (2-3 min) but far enough to stay out of the chaos. The villa has a beautiful design, it’s clean, well maintained, just like in the photos, and the garden is huge and lush, offering complete privacy. There were some constructions nearby but we couldn’t really hear or see it once inside of the gate. You can’t go anywhere in Bali without being within 100m of a construction anyway. Oh and we could even see the ocean from the sunset terrace. The host was super helpful, everything went smoothly. Looking forward to coming back next year!”

  We stayed at this hotel from June 10-18. Everything seemed fine, clean, beautiful view from the window. But they didn't leave a parking ticket in our room, although parking was included in the price. After many calls, they told us that they had some problems and we had to pay for parking ourselves. Ok, we paid, and then sent them receipts in the hope of getting our money back. A week passed, and the money still hasn't arrived. The pool is under repair, it didn't work. There was also a sauna, but they didn't leave us a key to the sauna in our room again, we didn't want to call and ask them for the key because our mood was ruined because of the parking. And another huge minus - a lot of cockroaches, a lot of cockroaches, we had to check our drinks in the morning so as not to drink with the cockroaches. I hope that in the near future we will get our money back for parking.

  I lioved my very spacious room. I also liked that there was a separate pool and jucuzzi area that was more quiet than main pool. I loved being able to use the fire pits in the RV grounds too.

  Breakfast was minimal, some mornings better than others but not a lot of options. location of facility was easy to access. Bed was comfortable.

  I booked this facility because they had crib option available per request. I put my request in when I booked the room about a month prior to stay. Upon day of arrival they sent a text about my stay and I asked about the crib I requested and they said they didn't have any cribs period and I would have to purchase something such as a pack and play for my baby to sleep in. I had to purchase a pack and play for my baby to sleep in. Their cleanliness was poor with dust and debris in the room and one of the clean towels had a glob of hair attached to it. Staff wasn't very friendly and couldn't care less about me not having a place for my baby (7 month) old to sleep. I chose this place specifically because it said they had cribs available so I wouldn't have to worry about packing something for her to sleep in. When we arrived to the room the first day the temps outside were high 80's and the unit in the room was set to low heat so the room was hot!

  I like how clean the room was. It looks new. The towels also look well washed. I like that it does not have any carpet. Usually carpets are source of dirt if not cleaned properly.
