      The price that Booking.Com stated for the room was way under the amount I was charged. They added in parking and resort fee and many other local taxes and charges that I was not aware of. It was over $80 more per night than I expected.

      The fridge was not clean when I brought it to attendance attention he said couldn't do anything till the next day, the breakfast bar had a lot to asked for it didn't have alot of options, no orange juice, no cream cheese, jelly of honey or peanut butter for the bagel or bread options, no substitute sugar for the ones who can't have regular sugar or fruit it was very limited.

      The shower water knob was broken. I couldn’t control the water temperature. The bath mat was dirty with visible stains on it before I “tried” to use the shower. Facilities were a “dump.”
