The home is beautiful, updated, and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out and we of course enjoyed the pool! The kitchen is well equipped and you really need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and yourself. Location was great, very close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge (~10 min drive). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The beds are memory foam, which is great for some, but not for all. My parents had a difficult time sleeping, as well as my husband. I had a rough first night, but was fine after that. This was not a deterrent for us to come back, and we would rebook. The thermostat is odd and not very intuitive or user-friendly. It took us a bit to figure it out and to get it off the automatic setting, since it kept wanting to heat up way too high during our stay. When it's already 90 degrees outside, you don't want it hot inside. The door automatically locks after just a couple of minutes, which is not ideal if you are out walking the dog and forget the door code, especially if you don't have your phone with you to look it up. Water pressure in the upstairs hall bathroom was not great.

The rooms smelled bad. Was in it for 10 minutes and started feeling dizzy. They need to air the rooms out cause even the 2nd room I got smelled bad. Had to go buy wall plug-in to make the room smell decent

Their ice machine wasn't working anywhere on the property. Breakfast was a joke. They had tiny muffins and coffee and nothing else. Oh, there was a bowl of fruit,apples, and oranges.

We actually came because of a funeral for 2 children. 5and 7 were killed in a horrible car accident. the hotel inside smelled in the hallways, the first room I was in, one of the beds were broken. We were put in another room. The new room assigned, the AC never got cool, there was a roach in the bathroom, the ice maker for the hotel was not working. The hotel had no drinking water available. The first young lady that checked us in was very nice. Kudos to her! She did everything that she could to assist. Well the staff that morning was a disaster. My kids went to get breakfast and the waffle maker had a half cooked waffle from someone else and didn’t turn on. No staff was available. They couldn’t make hot tea, no teabags available. I went downstairs, staff was asleep in the office. I rang the bell twice and then shouted three times. One young lady woke up with drool on her mouth and stretched. The other stretched and said “What time is it?” Then one of them came to me and asked if I needed help. I told her about the waffle maker, she had to reset it and it turned on. What was even more ridiculous, she left the half cooked waffle in the waffle maker. We got ready shortly thereafter and checked out. Upon checking out, I was curious, if the batter was still in the waffle maker. It sure was and it burnt. That place is an absolute mess. Management needs to be improved. I will not recommend this place.

room smelled of cleaning stuff - they were trying to hide the mildew smell which showed up later! bathroom tiles were loose. girl at check-in gave us a card asking for a tip ! no bacon at breakfast and little variety.
