      The apartment is very large, and very comfortable. It was extremely clean and they even had a washer and dryer which wasn't in the description on booking.com which was very convenient for us. We didn't use the pool or spa, but we did enjoy the view. A great option for a large party.

      King bed was super comfortable, kitchenette was well-appointed, bathroom was clean and shower was great, air conditioning was excellent. We also loved the location as it was so close to shops (Whole Foods, good restaurants) and a short drive to uptown Sedona.

      TV didn't seem to work. We couldn't get to watch Netflix or Prime, even though they were buttons on the remote. We kept getting an error message about connectivity and couldn't login to our accounts. This wasn't a big deal for us as we had so much to entertain ourselves with in Sedona!

      We were a little late getting down and there was little left in the hot food trays. It was great to have soap and shampoo in the room as we forgot to pack it. The room was clean and check in and out was very easy. Would stay there again when in the area.

      Had to walk a long way from car to room, hallways and staircase grimy, had a dump like vibe. You get what you pay for. Noweadays you gotta pay a lot for a clean comfortable room overnight. I was wanting to pay less.

      When I used booking.com it was advertised as breakfast included. This was not the case. It was a continental breakfast that was served from behind a counter. The lady at the front desk insinuated that I was illiterate when I was speaking to my sister about the breakfast situation. "Maybe you didn't read it right!" I can read and very well. We were behind a couple that were staying for a wedding and they also thought they had booked a room with breakfast included. SO are we all illiterate?!?!!? OR was this hotel advertised incorrectly on booking.com? The building was very poorly marked. Following the signs with arrows around the 1st floor, it took us forever to find the indoor pool!! We actually came across other guests on our search who were walking around the floor looking for the lobby. I travel a lot with my family and I book all of the travel for my job. This was my first and last time ever booking with Sonesta!
