      It was beautiful and comfortable and room was a good size. We didn’t get to stay long enough to try anything out. But plan to come back again for sure. We booked a king bed and upon check in was told only had queen but they did discount us $20 which was fair enough. Tried to stay the next night last minute and the prices were outrageous all the sudden. Book in advance beautiful property

      Not sure didn’t stay long enough but the last minute prices seemed to hurt the truckers and we aren’t liking that but that’s just my opinion not sure why our room went from $130 to $900

      Loved the location on the Cape, the location on the beach, and the location close enough to town, yet set back in a relaxed setting. Loved the size of the room and the kitchenette. Loved the pool and outdoor patio. Love that they provide beach chairs and towels. Love that they make coffee in the AM. A great place to stay. We will be back.

      While we had a great time. I have some suggestions, or a wish list, if you will. I would suggest a concession stand by the pool area, cold water in lobby, or even vending machines. There is no place to get a quick bite to eat or a cold beverage. Another suggestion would be beach lounge chairs for use on the private beach instead of fold up chairs.

      Was very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Otherwise a really nice place to stay and the breakfast provided was excellent.

      Had to be moved to another room due to not having a remote for the TV. Sink in new room was extremely slow at draining and needs to be attended to.

      False advertisement. The listing is very misleading. We thought we were renting an entire house. It said 1000 square feet on the ad. We only had two rooms for $300.
