Location was perfect. The staff was very helpful about everything. The front desk team helped a lot to use the credits and bonuses that the facility provided. Breakfast was better than many other similar places that I have been before. I appreciated the assistance of the staff working at the breakfast area and concierge.

The property is amazing for children! We took kids anywhere from 11 months to 14 years old and they all had plenty to do! The staff was so kind to our toddler and the characters were very patient with younger children! Definitely would love to go back here. There are so many activities to do here!

I really enjoyed that it was close to everything and they provide quite a bit of towels and washcloths and whatever else you need toiletry wise.

I was very disappointed with the abundance of weed and cigarette smoke as you’re walking through the front door and the noise in the hallway made it hard to sleep. I also want to add that the room that we had was short of clean there was urine on the toilet still and food under the couch and the bathroom floor was dirty dingy and had hair all over it. Also, the refrigerator is what kept us up other than the noise due to a knocking noise in the refrigerator. I almost was gonna unplug it

Overpriced. That room should cost no more than $150/night. It’s an old building and is overdue for remodel. Bathrooms in particular need serious help. Other than that, only major complaint was the single entrance/exit.
