  Room was nice and clean. The guys greeting people were pleasant, welcoming. The Sunday front desk woman was pleasant, The employee Ms Whittington (sp) who greeted guests for the breakfast we pleasant and welcoming, even though the breakfast was not attached to my room number. She said she would attach the rate to my room. The other workers need some more training. A welcoming smile can put people at ease. if felt they looked at me very suspiciously.

  Easy parking, great pools, perfect location. While not a gulf-side view, you still have a great view from the condo and can see the gulf on a side view. Plenty of shopping and luggage carts on each garage floor made in and out very easy.

  Some really crowded elevators on the weekends made it almost impossible to get anywhere without a long delay. A couple items in the property were broken or didn’t work quite properly (1 of the 4 toilets was missing a flush handle, the microwave didn’t spin) but overall it was great.

  Arrived at 10 PM and front desk was not available for several minutes. There was no flexibility to accommodate to a first floor room despite the fact it was obvious the majority of first floor rooms were vacant -- would have preferred a room without the lights turned on if it meant avoiding 10 trips up and down the steps with items I needed to organize for business purposes and the woman at the front desk while professional appeared as if she was being inconvenienced by simply checking her system.
