  Downtown location close to restaurants and stores. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. All the amenities including a cute little gas fireplace for ambiance, treats on pillows was a nice welcome. Outdoor seating area with fire out where we enjoyed wine and cigars in the evening. Will definitely be back.

  Loved everything about this place! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The house itself is gorgeous, everything from the decor, the comfortable bed, to the heated towel rack, so many details that make this place unique. We can’t wait to come stay again!

  This facility has all the things you'd like in a casino hotel, without the mobs of people all over the place. And since the strip is close, you can participate in it as much as you want and then head back to your much better value location.

  Roomy, 2 story appt with everything one needs, including washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice balcony overlooking the harbor. Very close to the airport. Parking spot. In the middle of the island.

  The room was adequate for sleeping overnight. It had a nice size fridge and a microwave and the small space was nicely cooled by the window air conditioner.

  The bathroom in the room as well as the bathroom in the hallway are unbelievably tiny. There is absolutely zero parking in the entire town. I had called ahead to see if there was street parking and was told that there was. However to street park here you must have a parking permit and most houses have their car driveway as their front yard so there is next to no parking on the street. I was in town for an event and all of the parking garages were full or closed because I was there on a weekend.

  Great location. Convenient to Balboa Island. and Newport Beach. Staff was good. Room was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport.

  The furniture was old and kind of beat up. This is a nice hotel that is tired and really needs some investment in the rooms. But overall, it was good, not great but perfectly good, and I would stay there again.

  The lobby was updated. Glad there was free breakfast. Front desk personnel was helpful and friendly. Bed slept pretty well.

  The room had a kind of damp smell, chipped furniture and rusted tub fixtures. The first night the room upstairs was playing WWE on the floor. Called down to front desk a couple times. The good thing is after the second call to front desk, they must have went to the room and told them to knock it off and it stopped shortly after. The pool was drained, so I was disappointed with that. Though the lobby was updated, the rest of the hallways seemed a bit shabby and knobs felt a little sticky.
