    - “We had a great time here. Perfect location, close to the ‘center’ (2-3 min) but far enough to stay out of the chaos. The villa has a beautiful design, it’s clean, well maintained, just like in the photos, and the garden is huge and lush, offering complete privacy. There were some constructions nearby but we couldn’t really hear or see it once inside of the gate. You can’t go anywhere in Bali without being within 100m of a construction anyway. Oh and we could even see the ocean from the sunset terrace. The host was super helpful, everything went smoothly. Looking forward to coming back next year!”

      The hotel was nice and clean. Located in a convenient area for our needs. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks offered daily. Breakfast was great also. We were able to grab a bite before hitting the road. Really convenient when you are traveling with kids. Adeline was the best! Whenever we visited the Cafe area, she was so pleasant and attentive. She had a great attitude and was that way with everyone. Overall, great stay.

      Very nice remodel. the bathroom tub is a little high for seniors, there are no grab rails and the tub floor is very slippery.. Lights in the underground parking would be nice. Very nice receptionist. Beautiful bar area.

      We loved the location of the resort but not the location of our room. All staff all over the resort were extra nice and helpful, the beach was unreal and the pools and lounging areas very clean and beautiful.

      For the price we paid per night we expected to be in a better location than tucked away in building 3100, there is construction going on around the building so aesthetically not as pleasing. Our room had no hot water so no shower after a beach day. The lanai had bugs in it so not exactly nice to sit out in the evening. The food truck at the private beach messed up bunch of orders and the food was not fully cooked, not to mention the 30minute wait for hotdog and chicken sandwich. All in all I am sure that once the construction is done and the maintenance of their buildings is complete it will be more pleasurable to stay there but at the moment $400/night wasn't worth it.

      Room was not clean. Crumbs/dirt on floor. Unknown hairs in bathtub. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Rooms not cleaned while we stayed there. Pool was under maintenance and opened up the day we were leaving. Food was mediocre. Breakfast could have had more options

      Rooms are non-smoking, but people just step outside the room and smoke which sends the smoke right into other rooms. Parking lot was chaos and the manager would not do anything about it. Multiple people taking two or more spots, and the fire exit was blocked by the managers own vehicle. Most guests had pets which would all pee at the bottom of the main stairway in the center so the whole place smelled of dog urine.

      Pocket doors to the bathroom did not shut. In order to use the bathroom or shower you had to do it in front of the whole room. TERRIBLE situation as I had my son’s friend with us. Everyone had to leave the room anytime someone needed to use the bathroom.
