  The location is fantastic, right in front of the Port Authority bus terminal. Great value for money. All the staff were nice. The breakfast had decent choices and eggs were made to order. The room was clean, had good air conditioning, and contained an ironing board and iron. There were several large mirrors in the room which helped in getting dressed.

  There is no water dispenser, so you have to buy water bottles from a machine.

  Nice room, very comfortable. The surrounding grounds, covered bridge, kids swings, large covered pool house, and gas fire table and chairs out back were a surprise. Should have pictures on your site to go check it out. You wouldn’t know it’s all back there.

  Mounted soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bath/shower area way to high for bathtub users. You behave to get up each time to get products. And the soap by the sink is in a mounted unremovable bracket also…..so nothing to move over to the tub either. Dumb planning except for you worrying about saving your company money. This really made me mad. Had to squirt soap and shampoo into used plastic cups to get down by the tub area.

  Availability and most of the room was clean. The person who received us … he was a gentleman and a calm nature. ❤️

  Filthy filters in the heating/air conditioning unit. I had to clean them. Also the shower smelled like athletes :(. By the way… Most hotels have dirty filters except Marriott. Well thank you for saving us at last minute.

  This is a HORRIFIC property. It’s more appropriate as a set for a horror movie than a “hotel” property. Overgrown grass/weed everywhere. Building looks abandoned. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE!

  The staff was SO friendly! They were accommodating and willing to help in whatever way they could, even printed some documents for me! Exceptional experience because of the staff. Also, any kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.) are available at the font desk, just let them know what you need and they will get it for you!
