    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • G10 Guest House Near Asia Afrika Bandung

    - “AMAZING! Everything about it. In a world of Instagram and isolation and phones in faces, it still embodies what traveling has always been about- a sense of community, networking, sharing culture, and the feeling of 'home'. I'm a seasoned ex-backpacker who used to own a hostel back in my heyday, so I do have some experience about what it takes to keep that spark alive. That environment doesn't happen on accident, but is cultivated and maintained, in this case, by the wonderful family that runs it. Inge and her crew are the best part of what makes this place magic. The fact that the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it's in a great centralized location- that's just a bonus. Our trip was organized last minute, and my boyfriend and I stumbled into Bandung without a plan or a clue, and we couldn't have lucked out any more than we did finding this place. Oh, and if you're fortunate enough to stay here, don't miss out on the tour recommendations and activity arrangements from these guys- significantly better value than the ones you'll see advertised on ticket websites, and a way more personalized experience. We were supposed to spend a couple nights here, but we just kept extending more and more days :D Shower is hot, aircon is cool, bed is comfortable and cozy, a common area with coffee/tea and shared fridge/kitchen if you have any leftovers, and good internet (I work online, its important for me). We want to come back to Bandung JUST to spend more time here with these guys ^.^”

  • Villa Paradiso

    - “Wonderful place with helpful staff. The breakfast outside was amazing.”

  • Hotel Green Plaza Hakone

    - “This was my first time visiting Japan and have heard people recommend a ryokan+onsen experience, especially in Hakone. I'm so glad I did it here! I came with my mom and brother and we stayed in a Japanese style room and opted for the public onsen, which we used at night after dinner. There were probably only 5-6 women in there at the time, not crowded or busy. I wasn't expecting much, but the dinner and breakfast buffet were a pleasant experience, especially since we didn't feel like going out of our way to find a good food place in Hakone. It's an absolutely beautiful hotel as well and the people helping us at the front desk offer great service and spoke English well, which made our experience so easy. As a budget traveler, I was a little nervous to spend $350 for a night here, but it was worth the money and experience. (And of course, everything was clean, functional, etc. Just assume the bare minimums are easily covered).”

  • PP Hotel by Moxy

    - “good attentive receptionist and housekeeping personnel”

  • Logeren in Veere

    - “A beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable home for two or one people. It contains a living/dining area with a table, nice sofa and a well equipped kitchen - you can cook almost anything there, if you like. There is a small bedroom with comfortable bed and a bathroom. There is a sitting area outside with a roof. There are garden walls all around, so you can enjoy some privacy. There are nice books about Zeeland to spend some evening hours with getting to know the area. The location allows easy access to the sights of Veere and around it via bike. It is a nice, well-maintained place to spend your weekend or vacation at. Highly recommend.”

  • Hotel Reytan

    - “Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough for two. Good breakfast.”

  • Vacation Village Phra Nang Lanta - SHA Extra Plus

This location is very convenient to the airport with reliable shuttle service provided by the hotel. The room was large, comfortable, clean, quiet, and very modern. Wi-fi is good. The bed was perfect with big, delicious pillows. I slept well! Also good value for the price I paid.

Access to food for someone without a car was terrible. I arrived from the airport late and starving, and no food was available within safe walking distance. The hotel snack supply was depleted. My only option was pizza delivery, which I do not recommend. So, make sure you have eaten before you leave the airport! The breakfast was minimal. .

The location. The breakfast. Well the breakfast chef. He cooked eggs fresh how you wanted them and pancakes. He was also very nice.

The room was dirty. My daughter took a shower and dried off with a dirty towel. She didn’t notice it until she wrapped herself in it that it had blood on it due to it being rolled up with the other clean towels. We checked her body for cuts and she had none. We told the front desk and at first she just gave my husband clean towels I went down to express how pissed I was and she offered free snacks and parking. That is all the was said about blood being on what was supposed to be a clean towel. I have yet to hear from the GM. I was told by another manager she could’ve gave me points but I’m not a rewards member so all she can do is find out who worked the room the day before. I have to get my daughter a full blood panel check up now and two weeks from now. And all the could say was let us find out who worked your room The day before. I’ll be going over them. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. All I know is my daughter better be okay. Not to mention one of the blankets were dirty and when we asked for clean ones we were told they didn’t have any and one of the washing machine were messed up. Yeah Hilton I’m done with your hotels.

The room was absolutely filthy from the counters, furniture, the sink, shower and toilet, to the coffee maker. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all from the prior guest. Definitely would not stay again and would not recommend.
