The view was great. The proximity to the beach was great. The seawall area is great. You can walk straight up and down the seawall from the condo. Good walking distance to a lot of things. The condo isn't a far drive from things to do like downtown or the piers. Excellent place for a beach trip. Close to Walmart.

No serious issues. One of the elevators was broken. We took the one nearest us it sounded like it wanted to break too lol. The patio was a little crowded with too many chairs.

It was fine for a one night stay. The location was good, within walking distance of the Pacific Garden Mall (and Zachary's for breakfast).

Walls and floor were very thin. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, and footsteps from above. The room was large but oddly configured. There was no bedside lighting (only overhead) and the light switch wasn't reachable from the bed.

The bed was comfy and apricated the layout of having around the building parking resulting in being able to park very close to our room.

The bathroom shower was not in good repair and the wall next to the bed had the trip pealing away. When we entered the room it had a weird smell and stagnant air feel to it but that was remediated with the AC and opening the window for about 30 minutes.

It was a convenient location. Breakfast was decent.

No protein offered with breakfast. Room service skipped our room 2 days in a row stating a do not disturb sign was out and it wasn’t. Office staff was rude when asked about it. Mattress protectors were dirty.

The room was dirty, the air conditioner unit had open wires on it. The tv had a crack in it. The tub had dirt all in it, there were wrappers on the floor and dirt like it had not been cleaned.

I'm not the type to leave bad reviews or talk bad about anyone who has a business, however I have to. Hopefully you can make the necessary changes going forward. The pictures on the site are very deceptive as far the backyard was one. It does not look like that in person, at all. Upon first walking in the house on day 1 I was greeted by a small roach. The back room the door does not close properly and has a gap, so we decided not to use that room at all and the other door leading to it. I thought that would be the end of the roach and other pest unfortunately it wasn't. The next morning got up and I was preparing my stuff and got bit on my back by one of them, so that meant it crawled in the bed. Luckily I had alcohol and antibiotics cream with me. I showed my cousin whom was with me. After that I decided to start taking pictures each time I saw one and at this point we couldn't keep up with amount of them that look like baby roach/ waterbug. There was also a big waterbug it appeared pregnant and a centipede In the kitchen that was heading for my cousin's foot. The bed is very very uncomfortable, you can feel all sinks in the middle especially when 2 people are on the bed. They very much need new mattresses and pillows they are very flat. The rugs are very dingy, they need new ones now, especially the fur rug, don't put put fur rug in high traffic area as far as the livin room, the bedroom carpet very dirty looking as well. We used our house slippers to walk around. Now as far the landscape the grass and shrubs weren't done as shown on the website, so we did not go in the backyard. The next day the landscapers did show up though. The outlets some of the wires are exposed. The place can have better potential, with better upkeep The only reason why I didn't cancel because I didn't have any extra money to spend. We didn't stay at the house the entire day for the either stay because we were so uncomfortable.
