Would not have stayed if I had seen the pet fee that was charged upon arrival. Management is not interested in believing that it did not come up on their txt (after it was booked on booking.com) when we clicked that there would be a dog in the room. Would rather blame be right and prove their policies. Breakfast is packaged honey buns muffins and cereal but maybe that is also on their site which I did not see as I booked on booking.com This is my first bad review because I never experienced lack of empathy or customer service from a hotel before. A simple “sorry it did not come up for you” instead of “it’s on our site I can see it now” would have avoided an unhappy experience.

Absolutely unacceptable — this listing should be removed immediately. Our stay at this apartment was a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, we encountered serious issues that made our vacation a disaster — and the host was completely unresponsive and irresponsible. First, the place was infested with huge cockroaches. Not one or two — we’re talking about a serious hygiene and health issue. The floor had huge, uneven lumps, which caused my elderly mother to fall and injure herself badly. It was horrifying and entirely preventable with proper maintenance. The front door was broken — a major safety risk. The host promised to send someone to fix or replace it but never followed through. The mattress was so awful that it felt like sleeping on a yoga mat. We were left without Wi-Fi for days, which made it extremely difficult to coordinate plans or stay in touch with anyone. After all of this, we asked for a refund — and the manager ignored every message and phone call. Not even an apology. No compensation. They even lied about offering us another apartment. They don’t even have proof of that conversation. We demand action: this listing is not only misleading, it’s dangerous, unsanitary, and mismanaged. It should be removed from the platform immediately. No one else should be subjected to what we went through.

The place is fairly new. Location very easy to get to. Very easy to get on and off the interstate since we were driving. Checking in staff very nice they even gave us a list of all the local restaurants in the area which was very helpful. Place was very clean has a nice out door patio area. Nice in door pool.

What I really did not like about the place was the room we ended up with. We made this reservation months ago so how we ended up with a first floor room I do not know. Off course they were full so we could not change rooms. I do not like first floor rooms they are too noisy. This room was awful it was beyond noisy. The ice machine was directly across from our door so that is all you heard all night long. A really bad place to put an ice machine. Plus people walking up and down the hallway talking loud all night long. Never again a first floor room. I will leave an go somewhere else.

I asked for a late check out. We went to an event at 830am. We did take alot of our stuff. We left food and alcohol in the fridge so that we could come back between events. Came back at 1030 before reg check out at 11 and our room was emptied and cleaned out. Our food and drinks were gone even before we checked out. They did not offer us any reimbursement. I would have expected something since a late check out at 1 was confirmed.
