- “Everything. The owner is responsive and replied to all my queries instantly. I was allowed to check in early. That was a BIG plus!!! The apartment was very homey and complete. All rooms come with air conditioning. I wished the living room had a/c as well. The ONLY thing that might be a turn off to some people is that the apartment is facing a cemetery. But since we are quite high up the 9th floor, it might not be a problem at all. I might book this place again when I come to KT again in the future.”

Each of us had a separate bedroom with air conditioning, which was a huge plus – the house stayed pleasantly cool even during hot days.   I liked the modern European vibe of this hotel, it made me feel quite comforable. The breakfast downstairs was exceptional and delicious and very appreciated. The hotel staff were exemplary in their friendliness and desire to help. New York can be intimidating but the staff at this hotel went out of their way to help. We were also super close to our theater for the Saturday night show, and having all those restaurants on West 46th Street was really convenient. It's a great neighborhood.

  It was a very hot weekend, and our air conditioning wasn't working too well, we were comfortable anyway as we are not all that used to chilly rooms.

  After driving 14 hours from Texas I pull into the valet area, was asked if I needed help with my bags. I said, yes! And then was told, well the guy who does bags is on break and we legally can’t touch them. I said, do you have a luggage cart I can use, I walked inside and found one loaded my own bags do my room. Funny thing is I checked out a day early, and the same 2 people were at valet, and asked if I needed help with my bags, and I said… Let me guess you legally can’t touch them because your co worker is on break. He said, no we’ll load up your car. Also, when I tried to get ice for my room, I had to go to the gym on the second floor, where I found just a stand up cooler with ice in it. No ice machine. I was told it was this or go to the restaurant on the first floor and they will get me ice.

  Toilet too low, bathroom dated, no fan, no closet. Had to ask for ironing board. No shelving for towels. Location of toilet paper holder was ridiculous. Also for the price, breakfast should have been included....the garage was dangerous...dark and no lighting ...Paris Hilton needs to invest in her family's business....

  Mistake in date of arrival in booking a day after arrival, on the actual day , first not the second of the month, no rooms available we could use, and no prepayment refund offered, or given. We are 77, and 73 years old, booked same day on internet, which is hard, and only 3rd floor room available when we arrived, no elevator, and no refund.
