This was a nice Best Western. I was avlittle worried when I checked in and asked about the the children. I was told there was a little league tournament in town and they has many families. The kids were really good and I did not hear them running in the halls ir being rowdy so qudos to yhise parents! Room was very clean, the beds was very comfortable, the shampoo and cream rinse was very nice. Breakfast was good and check in and check out were quick.

Nothing, this was honestly one of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever stayed in. If I'm heading east again, I'll be sure to include Best Western in my search.

Our room had a gorgeous view of the trees in the back—such a peaceful and relaxing sight. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee available on the first floor—it was honestly one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the attitude of the receptionist. She came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and unfortunately, her appearance didn't reflect the cleanliness and quality of the hotel.

I've stayed here several times before. It has all the amenities I need. My dog needed surgery near by and this place is clean, quiet and pet friendly. Love the full size refrigerator and stove top cooking.

Only one elevator was working - this was extremely stressful, as the hotel was packed, and the building was high. We had to go up to the 6th floor via the stairs several times so we wouldn't have to wait 5-10 minutes. The front desk did not tell me at check-in time that the credit card they asked for was for paying for the car parking and not the deposit like I assumed. When I realized the expense on my banking app days later, I called and was told that their policy is not to mention it explicitly since it was a Booking reservation and it is mentioned on their booking page that the parking has a $10 cost. This is just sad. The info is indeed available, but sort of hidden, especially for inexperienced guests. The least they should do is to mention the cost to the guests at check-in.
