Good hot water at all times. The linen and towels were clean. The plus point is that on my request they gave me an adjoining room at no extra cost as I had two young teenage daughters. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. The Jomtien bus station was just next door. There were great eatery places around like Frasers just at the entrance of The Chateau, we enjoyed the food at Frasers. There was a supermarket closeby. We loved our stay that we extended for another 2 days and it was at a great price. Only drawback the bed was a lil hard and uncomfortable but rest everything was lovely. Looking forward to stay here again.”

  Perfect view of the beach, with easy beach access. It was also nice to have a kitchenette in our room to be able to cook some days without having to eat on the boardwalk. Really nice staff. Our kids loved the beach access and the indoor swimming pool/hot tub.

  The day before our last nights stay, I found a live cockroach in our room. We checked out early. When I addressed front desk and showed them the photos/ Live Photos all I got was a “I’m sorry”. This thing was crawling around in a drawer where I had my youngest daughter’s clothes and diapers. The night before she had a bite on her leg that we couldn’t figure out and now it made sense. As much as we liked the hotel, I don’t do roaches. No one wants to see them, no one wants to take them home, and it’s a hotel. If there was one, I’m sure there is more. It’s disappointing the hotel did nothing, and that booking.com still hasn’t even gotten back to me with a solution.

  Was walking distance to Grapevine main street and restaurants. Near airport and conference centre. Room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, mattress new. Plain oatmeal and bagels and coffee included was fine for breakfast.

  Very bad smell on 3rd floor corridor, smelt like puke. I told reception but smell was there through out my stay. Had room above stomping around every morning at 5am waking me up. Hotel was full so could not move room. Reviews gave me a higher expectation of the hotel, but it was below my expectation. pictures look better than reality. Shower floor had some brown stains. airconditioner in wall very noisy turning on and off through the night. Had to keep informing reception coffee had run out at breakfast time or no cutlery. Run on limited staff.

  the place/building itself is very nice clean modern

  the area outside of the hotel looks very dangerous very unsafe and when there is no parking you can’t sleep thinking you won’t find your car the next morning. my room was just in front of the elevator and people coming back at 2am made way too much noise waking me up constantly

  Someone was smoking in the room before I got there I had to stay there because I didn't have another choice, they say that the wifi is free but once you're trying to connect with the wifi you have to pay per 1 hour
