- “We had a great time here. Perfect location, close to the ‘center’ (2-3 min) but far enough to stay out of the chaos. The villa has a beautiful design, it’s clean, well maintained, just like in the photos, and the garden is huge and lush, offering complete privacy. There were some constructions nearby but we couldn’t really hear or see it once inside of the gate. You can’t go anywhere in Bali without being within 100m of a construction anyway. Oh and we could even see the ocean from the sunset terrace. The host was super helpful, everything went smoothly. Looking forward to coming back next year!”

  The hotel was extremely dirty. Hair from previous guests was left everywhere, especially in the bathroom. The entire room had not been properly cleaned in what looked like years. The carpet smelled like dust, and the air was stale. Water from the faucet had a foul odor, likely due to lack of filtration and infrequent use. Water stains were visible in the shower. The AC unit was aggressively positioned over the bed, blowing directly into my face, making it impossible to sleep—so I had to move the mattress to the floor. Despite blackout curtains, sunlight came through the glass wall facing the lake. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary.

  Had a good location next to bay. This was very important in rain.

  We stayed because the deck looked like a great view and Hyatt in Middle East is a very good brand. Each was decommissioned and the hotel was old and past its time. Carpets etc looked old and dirty. Room was poorly provisioned in terms of slippers etc
