I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the location being directly on the beach! It almost felt like private access 😁 The full clean kicthen stocked complete with a microwave, stove, and family sized fridge as well as various cooking tools was awesome! We were very thankful for the stay.

The matress was extremely hard, I highly recommend bringing something to soften it so you can sleep. We only stayed one night, not sure our backs could've took more. The rooms were set at like 60 degrees or less before we entered so we had to let warm air come in first before we could really go inside. Our neighboring room decided to smoke weed outside our rooms. The smoke went straight into our room through the air conditioner and smelled awful. With my asthma, it caused me trouble breathing. Thankfully they stopped smoking or moved when we asked them politely. I don't blame Astronaut as their were several no smoking signs inside... It would be nice if they had no smoking signs outside as many people were smoking regular cigarettes in front of their rooms. Since this was one of the least expensive places I could find in this area, the things we disliked didn't ruin our stay. That being said; softer matresses and less smoking would've made a much more enjoyable stay and make us more likely to stay longer next year!

Check in at 4pm and checkout at 10am? This is abuse. No one needs 7h for cleaning. I normally verify on the checkin/out times before booking anything but missed to do this time. Noon to 3pm is more than fair. Stop by a different location just to pick up parking tag? Never seen this before. Every other place we stayed in this building left it on the counter in the unit. Small inconvenience. They asked to store the dishes in it's place at checkout. I'm used to see the ask to have it in the dishwasher and they will take care putting it to it's final location. This rule together with the 10am checkout, guess what happens with your last breakfast. I booked the place because of the cleaning score. It was by far not compatible. Food between range and counter, small insects everywhere in the kitchen drawers, dirty utensils, likely because people are asked to store it and they do with things dirty. The rest was clean enough but the kitchen is beyond bad. Our mistake was that we forgot our beach chair and umbrella. We never forget but all the units we stay in this building (and other condos around) always have some to offer. For whatever reason this one have nothing to offer. Totally our mistake, but this is a beach condo, guys! Message to the owner: Change the management.

We went as a family group, with special needs, booked the rooms many months in advance and we were separated. Not by floors, but by building! No sensitivity at all from the staff to group as differently. The insulation - windows are super old, it is not possible to rest. It is like sleeping with open windows Close to a metro line. The arrival!! We can’t park the car at the entrance not even for a couple of mins to take out the luggage, unless you use valet parking. They ask you to park near a bus stop and tow away zone. I complaint to the hotel before writing this review and no answer at all. Not even an apology!

I told front desk that I was pretty sure someone opened my door in the middle of the night. i was told that there was nothing she could do because she wasn't the over night person and I should have come down when it happened. I had small children and I was not leaving them in the room in the middle of the night.

The room was filthy, bugs both alive and dead, floor needed to be swept and mopped, dog hair all over the bed, dust clumps in corners, phone didnt work, hotel clerk wouldn't allow us to change rooms for our second night stay, and no one came to clean our room after the ckerk offered and said they would. Ceiling was stained and walls were peeling. No hot water the second night into the last morning of our stay and not apology or explanation. Bathtub was moldy and had horrible patchwork to the basin. Pool was filthy, and the hotel grounds were run down and trashy. This hotel is run down and should not be open. Most un comfortable I have ever been in a hotel stay.

Wasn’t able to get into my room until after 4pm, because it wasn’t ready. The room was dirty, towels full of hair, mold and scum in the shower. Was excited for the jacuzzi, very dirty. Was a whole 25 minute issue to exchange towels. Housekeeping is only allowed so many towels so o had to go to the front desk but then had to wait for the manager. Which is always the excuse, we have to wait for the manager! The room was just dirty, I’ve had much cleaner rooms in cheaper hotels. Then I requested a late checkout (1 hour) and was denied even though I couldn’t check into my room til after check in time. The hospitality was less than mediocre and considering the rooms, pics, advertising, you would think they would want to do better
