I also thoroughly enjoyed the massage I got from Eri, the on site physical therapist. She is a trained professional and masseuse - best and most relaxing massage I’ve gotten so far.”

      The property is beautiful with lots of options to fit your needs for staying. Omar is such a kind, welcoming, helpful man. The cabin we stayed in was adorable and had all the basics you needed in the kitchen which was so nice. The deer came up to eat that evening and it was just awesome. Our dog enjoyed watching them watch her once she was done with her photo shoot in the wildflowers.

      The hotel looked new on the inside. It was clean and it smelled great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to all guests. There are tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is very convenient. I stayed there for 3 days for a conference and I already told them I'd be back next year.

      I didn't like my turkey sausage in water? Not sure how they cooked it, but it lacked flavor. The breakfast itself was good, and I enjoyed the coffee.

      Close Location to the parks. The onsite pool and other onsite activities were okay.

      The room was ok. The cleaning staff for the first three nights was ok. The person did not replace any items like soap and tissue, we had to ask for everything. That is very annoying. I am not sure if the hotel is trying to save money or not but that was very noticeable verses the times I have stayed at Wyndham Bonnet creek previously. Also, the shower was clogged. That’s unacceptable in a hotel at this cost/rate!

      I paid for this room for nothing! Per their add, they stated that they accept pets, upon check in I was told they only accept dogs here, I was traveling with my cat so I couldn't stay, their add is very misleading and they lied to me, front desk clerk was also very rude about it.
