  Beach front hotel, downtown Waikiki. Cross the street you get to the beach in 3 minutes. Nearby parking at zoo and down the main road is a solid up(low cost/free parking at a cost of walking 10 minutes each way, comparing to 50usd /night hotel parking) EggNThings breakfast with 10percent discount useful. Although pretty long ljne at the early morning

  Love the location along the river! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it.

  This hotel needs a total remodel. New furniture, new carpet, new doors. Had a brand new Kohler sink but that doesn't constitute a remodel. The breakfast area had NO air conditioning, the toasters were both broken, also heard that the refrigerator went out..made me nervous since I just ate. The employees were nice but not at all professional. Not sure I would stay here again.

  There is no signage visible to tell you where hotel is. Spent 20 min looking for it despite gps. Only open a week so all is new. But with anything new still some bugs to work out like the thermostat. But all in all for price and comfort a gold star!! Didn’t appear as if anyone read my request for a first floor due to traveling with my 89 yr old mom. They had me on second floor farthest from elevator. That was disappointing but I was moved closer to the elevator. 😊

  Great breakfast choices and was hot & fresh. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
