Superb breakfast, pool was clean, rooms were much more equipped with home items than expected. The convenience items in the lobby were helpful in a pinch and worth the up-charge.

1. I did not like that on Saturday morning, the cleaning crew came to take my towels but did not replace them nor did they do my room. When my mother asked why wasn't the room cleaned they told her if they can get to it then they will. 2. The email I received said that the pool was going to be closed due to covid and when I got there it was open, had I had known I would have packed for the water. 3. As I came down for breakfast on Sunday around 7:30 a.m. the breakfast trays were empty with no sausage or eggs in them. I feel that they should have been kept up knowing that you have the breakfast open from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. with guest arriving to eat at random times.

Our room felt humid all the time, even with the ac on every minute. I am allergic to mold and I believe there was hidden mold. I didn't like having the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. Coffee supplied in the room was terrible!

Mildew smell in the unit. Mold around the front door. Had to leave the door open to air the condo out a bit. Checked in on a Wednesday. Issue wasn't addressed until Saturday evening. The property manager did confirm it was mildew. He cleaned the area and advised I would receive an email later Saturday evening about a partial refund. Our check out was Sunday morning.

Booking.com and the receipt said that I only had to pay $171 for my stay, and that included my taxes and fees. When I arrived the customer service representative charged me $200 for my stay. Wonder where she charged me $29.

The top sheets smelled like armpits There was no soap in the shower and they don’t offer individual soap. Also the hand soap, lotion and shampoo are in dispensers You can hear people above you potentially when they are walking and moving around (3 stories)

Not too much help you go to the desk they help you check in by your self, they don't tell you nothing about nothing, when you make the reservation they say that they offer bottle water, it's not in the room no one tells you how to get it, no help you check in by yourself you go to the room and nothing no help no explanation nothing. I don't know we had a wanderful time 8n the city but the hotel not too much, you get what you paid for I guss oh well.

We booked the hotel months ago. When we arrived at 10pm to check in, our room was sold. I had to pay for another two nights for a different room because I booked through booking.com and they would not answer. When we finally got a room, it reeked of sweat with a hint of urine. This smell would not go away, we opened the window, we even got spray from the front desk. Room 123 smells like a locker room. It was quite the experience the next morning at 11am when I was told I needed to leave because my room wasnt paid for after spending two hours the night before making sure everything was worked out. It cost me $600 total to stay here for two nights. Ive never in my life been so stressed out while on vacation. The ladies at the front desk do not get paid enough to deal with what they deal with. They are all so sweet and nice and did their best to help. This review is nothing to reflect on the front desk people, they are fantastic and truly tried all they could to help. That's the only good thing about this place.
