The Red Coach Inn is a unique and very pleasant place to stay In Niagara Falls. The Location is excellent, the closest place to stay to the Niagara Falls state park – right across the street, no need to drive in. It is also within a few minute walk along the river to get to Rainbow bridge for beautiful views of the Falls & Fireworks. The Red Coach Inn looks like it has been transported from England in it’s Tudor style which is extremely elegant. The Restaurant is one of the best in the area. With inside seating, enclosed patio seating and open air (with cover) seating. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable too. Two tips for future guests: Make reservation if you decide to eat at the Red Coach Restaurant for dinner and ask if you can request a specific table. We enjoyed our stay on the 2nd floor room, but if you have mobility issues make sure to only book rooms on the 1st floor.

The person working the front counter was nice. I liked that there was no charge for parking on the facility. The view from our room overlooked the ocean. You could walk to local shops or drive to a look out spot to see the sunset. I can't comment on the items in the lobby as we left prior to the lobby opening up in the morning.

The room had a smell but once we opened up the sliding door we were able to flush out the smell. It wasn't awful, but you could tell there was a smell.

Breakfast is basic but the staff is helpful and nice and the whole place is very clean. We had noisy neighbors but I don't think it was the walls being thin, they were just really loud.

No healthy options at breakfast, even the yogurt was Twix Cereal branded.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and really nice. Though the rooms were small, it had everything we needed so we weren’t worried about it. The staff were also super nice and accommodating.

It’s a little further from the train than we expected, so we utilized Uber a lot. It was also on the pricier side compared to other stays we’ve had that are closer to the train/citi field and have larger rooms. I’m not sure if that was because we stayed over a holiday (Juneteenth) or not though.

Very charming B&B, literally steps from downtown. Interor resplendent in 1920s North Summit decor.

No A/C but the fan in the window was sufficient.

The view was amazing! The sizes of the bedrooms were very accommodating!

The fridge made loud noises, but the TV would block it. Lol! The remotes were a little confusing and batteries exploded in one of them. We cleaned it out and it started working. The twin beds head boards needs tightened. Felt like they were extremely loose.

The adventure of staying in a sketchy place
Negative section of review
Homeless folks loitering in the parking lot; the large dogs in the hot tub, and more dogs in the pool area, the holes in the bedroom curtains. The physical difference between the advertised pictures and the actual place was stark. What appeared in pictures to be another modern La Quinta Inn was absolutely the most blighted, sketchy, rundown hotel in their chain.

Great location!

Beds were super hard and very uncomfortable. Blankets were very thin. Bathroom shower curtains were too short so water got everywhere and shower rod was broken.
