      This hotel is very good, I like the Location with prívate Beach, everything was good. Was my second time in this hotel, I’m not complaint.

      The office say that working until 10pm and never found anybody in there before 10pm. We was needing the receipt because we got to go before check out.

      Room # 101. The room was large. The sheets were clean. Has a mini kitchen with full size refrigerator. A/C works.

      The beds were very uncomfortable . The floor was sticky. Walls are dirty. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken, water can't drain. I was charged extra $20. per day for my service dog. I am disabled and just got released from hospital. The staff at hotel would not assist me.

      The location is great, and very quiet. Grounds are picturesque. Check-in was as easy as it gets with keyless entry. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and very substantial. Beds are comfortable, and linens are upscale.

      There were several relatively minor, but obvious, issues with the room, but which should have been caught previously by the cleaning staff. The hotel responded right away when we brought things to their attention, but we only stayed one night. Hotel guests shouldn't be the QC staff.
