  It was very clean and the hotel is beautiful. The staff was kind and there was good coffee on the house every morning. It’s located in the heart of the French quarter so couldn’t be better!

  The only negative about our stay was a safety concern - it was very easy to access the rooms from the street. The garage was essentially a big gate which was always open and there wasn’t a hotel staff there at all times, so anyone could easily walk in any of the buildings and access the rooms without anyone seeing it. Also the garage doesn’t close at night.

  Shower wasn't clean. The shower head was way to small, not alot of pressure, smelled like mildew. No microwave. No complimentary breakfast. Ceiling fan didn't work(which was not a huge deal) all the hidden fees.
