  I loved the location, everything was within walking distance. The rooms were perfect for what we were there for, and the view from our room was great. The staff was so kind, the art fit the theme of the theater district. It smelled good from the moment you walked in. There were tons of restaurants and stores around us, Uber/Lyft was easy to be picked up and dropped off. China town was 2 blocks over.

  I booked through booking and it’s not the hotels fault but they had just switched systems. I had already paid online, so they were trying to charge me again. But a simple email and confirmation receipt and they credited our account and we were on our way! Very easy fix, it’s just a new system. (:

  I was very disappointed that the handicapped lift for the pool was not working. That was one of the reasons we booked this hotel was so my husband who is paralyzed could get in the pool.
