      The property was old run down dirty. They had no extra toiletries the TVs didn't work they told us if we had AC we were lucky some of the units were working. Is this very old and run down the place wasn't taken care of

      Perfect location for events at Penn State University, great price.

      The air conditioner was extremely loud and super forceful. It woke us up each time it came on and my mother had to sleep with the covers over her face because the air was so forceful that it blew in her face on and off all night. It made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn't close right and made loud noise every time it opened and closed, again waking us up during the night.
